Those 'things' are interesting to watch. They just kinda hang there but look away and they have moved some. I haven't seen that particular blimp, but the fair bit bigger Goodyear version seems to wander by occasionally, usually staying at the Schenectady airport, big Air Nat Guard base, and private but no commercial.
