You mean those aren't marshmallow melters?
when better grills are built, buick will build them???
Does it have a burner on each side? And where's the bun warmer?:LOL:
(c'mon Bob, we need a picture!) :3dSMILE:
 Uncle Bob those are smoker vents for that wood grain flavor.
Jerry maybe someday they'll make them stainless again. :3dSMILE:
30_40 the nearest thing it has to a bun warmer is electric seats :LOL:

We did some cruisin' today.
I told Cheryl we are now "OFFICIALLY OLD PEOPLE" driving a 4 door sedan sled.
Nice gift! Looks like a cumfy ride!
And it's a Buick, at that. My Bride said one time that we would know when we were getting long in the tooth when we started looking at Buicks. I think there were more folks in Leisure World in SoCal driving Buicks than any other marque. ;):LOL:Quote:

Good looking car! Should my Bonneville ('05) ever wear out, I think it's either a LaCrosse or a Caddy to get the ride I like.... My poor old back needs all the comfort it can get if I'm to spend any time at all going down the highway.... Must be why I like drag racing, just a short ride!!!
Same phenomenon here in the Seattle area. But to add to the scene you have to drive down the road with your head barely above the dash line, with the turn signal on even though going straight, and some form of clothing hanging out the door bottom............................all at 5-10 mph under the flow of the traffic around you.
But it is a nice lookin' rig Gary, enjoy.
Thanks everybody. Of course my main "enjoyment" will come from making the payments, while my wife has the mundane task of puttin' miles on it.
Nice car! I really like how they have done the dash on them.
Interesting looking beast...So thats what Buicks look like now..Hmmmm.. Pro,,what they got for power??V6?fwd??or RWD??
And I will be the cheeky one and say I thought it was a bred from our slit eye friends in China..... Great Wall.... but I'm glad I totally wrong on that.:HMMM:
It's a 4 banger with electric assist.
At first I was totally against electric assist. Just more stuff to go wrong for a couple miles to the gallon.
but
The 4 cyl with electric assist getting 36 MPG has a lower sticker price than the 6 cyl. getting 27MPG.
But. what swayed my opinion was the 8 year 100% warranty on any part of the electric assist.
I figure after 8 years we'll be ready for something else anyway so if they are going to stand behind it, we'll try it.
9MPG difference is pretty sizable. It's got pretty good power for a boat, electric assist kicks in on hard acceleration.
Heck I drive the car (& the truck) like an old man anyway, because I am one, so we don't need to rotate the earth.
If I ever get a hankerin' to go fast I'll finish the "Z" & go get speeding tickets with that.
