I have two pictures to share. The first one is my Uncle Chuck and Aunt Eloise on their honeymoon. What kind of car are they sitting on the running board of? Next one came from a calendar and is perhaps the most beautiful car I have ever seen. Would really like to know what it is, so I can find one and buy it! LOL

By the way I received an opinion that the first car is a 1929 Dodge. Based on the contour lines on the top and other pictures I found, I agree it does look like a Dodge of that era, but I have not been able to find a picture of a 1929 Dodge 3 window coupe, or any other year with the fender mount spare.

take a look at the 1930 dodge that is a better match
Right family, wrong cousin. It's a '29 Chrysler. The thin profile of the grille surround is one key, the Dodge didn't have that I don't believe, only the Chrysler and DeSoto. Also the golf bag door would not have been on a lower priced car like the Dodge, generally a more up market feature.Quote:
