Look at the first 2 picture and see if you can tell whats wrong.
With out reading below the photo's.
I'll be fixing it before the next trip.
It is hard to see even when you stand back from the trailer and look.
I'll take some more pictures after the fix.

looks like thin wall material is bending. if so it will fatigue and crack soon.

Going to have to agree with both of the above

1: Your hitch tongue and ball need to be turned around
2: Your trailer tongue assembly does not have enough strength to haul the load you have in your trailer
3: You need to unload the wood from within
4: Your corvette headlight motors are stuck in the open position
5: The left side of your garage is a mess, perhaps spending time building shelving units so you can organize instead of playing around with the trailer would be a better way to spend your time Instead of being part of the problem, be part of a successful solution.

 Combo of things--

Yes your hitch is too high, causes extra strain on the tonque( which appears pretty weak for a tandem trailer) and also the hitch height causes extra loading onto the rear axle which then results in forward axle not doing its job.

Bill having walked a mile in your shoes serving a yr 1/2 on a sizable Chevy site as a Admin and about 2 yrs as a mod, most people don't realize it isn't what it looks like. The amount of time I spent doing that and then not having enough time left to even post anything is something I don't miss.Kept it coming Bill and thanks for your service.

The tongue on the trailer does look like it's bent in the picture for sure. Flipping the receiver hitch will make the trailer go up in the rear now because the tongue is bent. LOLRyan
