    Bob the first time I read it was in 1985, and yes I did skip the monologue! Ayn Rand was a very gifted and foward thinking writer, that wrote words of social criticism in a way everyone could understand. I also read Fountainhead by her, can't remember which one I liked better, it was so long ago, now.
