Shine,
Again, what is "Buzz Bombed"? Not familiar with that term.
Second, as I said initially, I've tried to tell him that this is a bad idea. I'm looking for reasons why, and have a bit more ammunition now.
buzz bomb aka krylon ..... :)
Roger, maybe you need to explain it to him in a more understandable manner that will produce a visual image---Ask him if he takes a shower with his clothes on?????:LOL::LOL:
The guy I know with the DRY ICE does it inside of buildings to clean the ceilings. There's one place he does it at that works on Catapillars, Big trucks and other diesel engines. He told me that it would take all the black smoke off the ceiling and then the water would go down the drain. Great idea.
I worked at a cement place in out town in which I would blast concrete panels with quartzite to make a certain depth in the concrete to give it a design with the rock under the cement. These big panels would go together to make big buildings.
Many great ideas for blasting. Just don't think it being done with the car all together is a good one either. Wish him luck.
Now that's a good analogy, Dave. I'm going to call him in a bit, and I'll use that one for sure.
I've never heard of using dry ice as the media, but it the guy uses pure dry ice there would not be any water, just residue from the surface blasted plus CO2 vapors. Dry ice is pure carbon dioxide...
