Much as with the Federal Gov. to point the finger only at the Governor or President is to not understand how government operates. In neither case are those offices dictators (though some of the occupants may wish it were so). While Californians switch parties of the Governor from time to time, they almost always send the same folks back to office in the Assembly (State equivalent of the Federal Congress). Just as at the Federal level, all new laws/regulations/taxes start in the Assembly (Congress). Californians continue to send the same, or same thinking, people to the legislative body year after year for decades now. Doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different outcome is the definition of.................................................................................................. ..yup...........insanity. California gets what it deserves.......sadly too many other states and their citizens will follow.
