I would've actually preferred Brad K. vs. Carl Edwards! At least a couple of new guys and not another.. oh him again... yawn...

When palm trees and/or cactus are growing outside of your house way up there in the frozen north tundra of NY. THEN I may think of moving into NY state! NOT BEFORE!
