Sorry, but what a dick and I don't see why would you want to do that to your car??? Heck the front wheels were chocked so he was either going to waste the tyres or break something and look what happened. I only appreciate cars smoken tyres when it is due to raw horsepower propelling the car forward not men playing with themselves in front of a crowd. Yes I think he has a very small private part too. Now I better climb down of my chair.

And can you imagine the story he's going to tell his insurance agent, trying to get someone else to pay for his stupidity? "Yeah, I was just driving down the street and......", with it posted on a social network for the world to see. Hopefully the guy is smarter than that, but somehow I don't think so....

Crowd safety wasn't on his mind either. Can't imagine what damage that tire would have done had it went into the cfowd. Some times you learn from your stupidity, hopefully he did.

    Pure stupidity

I "disappear" when a show/drag race promoter does burn out or wheelie contests . Also when the jet dragsters show up

Yup - no brains required for this activity. Typically associated with a lot of alcohol and I too wonder about crowd safety - imagine the video if that tire had wrapped around the head of a bystander, maybe one of those young kids. Unfortunately, there is no twelve step program for stupid....

Crowd safety wasnt on the menu at all...Its the first time I have seen chocks under the front wheels,,and water being sprayed under the back wheels..Not enough horsepower, maybe??As for crowd control,,,yeah,right..That plastic tape is gunna help.. Gotta say, though,,I have never seen a tire explode like that on a car,and do that much damage..I had to rebuild the left side of a Louisville front once, after a tire let go,,but thats a whole lot larger than a Camaro tire..

they have a burn out pit at year one in Braselton, GA for their monthly car show. you see people all the time putting old slick and worn out tires on the vehicle for the event. I would never put my stuff in anything like that but I have saw some nice stuff in it. they don't choke the wheel's but they do put out water. it is surrounded with the concrete barricades for protection of spectators. I have saw some cars/trucks get in it that have been tubbed and they will hook up on the hot tar and not spin much and one day it aint going to be pretty.

here is Chip Foose doing a burnout at year one. they are others on youtube aswell as year one Braselton Bash
