yep the quill is moving to make that hole square holeIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip

That thing is fun to watch in slo-mo! Not something you're going to run in your drill press or old milling machine - the rpm has to be dead on for the designed quill movement, seems to me.Roger

yep it a speed= timming thing .i would think there would be a way to phase the cutter end mill .the cutter running off set and cutting rake is off center of quill at just in itself is not making the hole squareIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip
".......So sanded it all down and resprayed. ......" Been there. done that on a couple of paint jobs over the years. Usually took me a couple of days to get over being mad before I started...
