Sometimes ya just gotta vent!! (Although that menstrual thing might border on TMI
). When I had my shop I was often surprised, though pleased as well, how many women customers said they appreciated doing business with folks who treated them well. But, come to think of it, quite a few men expressed the same feelings.

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
