Sometimes ya just gotta vent!! (Although that menstrual thing might border on TMI). When I had my shop I was often surprised, though pleased as well, how many women customers said they appreciated doing business with folks who treated them well. But, come to think of it, quite a few men expressed the same feelings.

Here's an idea for ya Barb...........have a T shirt made with thiis on it, might make a difference in how they deal with you.................

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.

Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.

Gezz Uncle Bob.Not to turn this into a political thread of nothing, but did you have to send away to a Third World country to get that??.

Ya know they do kind of do that kind of thing there for reasons we don't understand.
    Good Bye

I think you're onto something, Bob, and somehow I can imagine Barb getting a shirt like that and making it her normal "parts shopping" attire
Got to add, when I was in the USN I had an aquaintence (friend is too strong) that worked in a local gas station evenings, and he had the gift of gab and persona that was often attractive to the girls, for a while.... Late one afternoon an attractive gal pulled in driving a nice little Corvair, and as he checked under the hood he told her that her radiator cap was bad, really needed to be changed and was "....only about $3". She told him to go ahead and put a new one on, and he was quite pleased with himself, pocketing the extra $3. A couple of hours later his smile dimmed as that same Corvair pulled up to the pump island and a guy that looked like a pro linebacker got out. "You sold my wife a radiator cap, and I don't believe that her old one was bad.", he said. "I'd like to return it, if that works for you?" The guy sheepishly pulled out his wad of bills, peeled off the $3, and handed it to the husband (who towered above him by about a foot), and said, "I was really just kidding mister, and didn't think she would fall for that old line. I didn't mean any harm...." Should'a got hit, but the big guy just took the money, got in his car and said, "I don't want to ever come back here again."

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.
