We have a section in the local paper called Roses and Thorns that's found in the opinion section. If you have such a venue in your local paper you put something in the Thorn section. Jerks like that don't need to be in business and sooner or later with enough adverse publicity he'll either change his ways or go out of business. With three grown daughters I know your despair. I taught my daughters all that they could adsorb about car maintenance and it really surprises the jerks that try to pull the wool over their eyes when one of them catches them trying to feed them BS.
