If we are at our oldest son's place, the game of choice above any other is Rugby. In high school, he played football (American style) all four years, linebacker; but in college, he was not big enough to make the team, so he took up Rugby, and nothing has been the same since. I watch once in a while if I trip over a game on the telly, but I still have a bit of a time figuring out just what the play is. If I had gotten close to it when I was a pup, I probably would have liked it, too, as I sort of had that Rugby attitude.

On another note: Inglewood. I was born in Inglewood - California, that is. Nowadays, it is called "South Central L. A.", a pretty un-nice section of the city. But in 1942, it was "lily white", the up and coming suburban bedroom community. My how things change.

Twistin' and bangin' on stuff for about sixty or so years; beat up and busted, but not entirely dead - yet.
