I can relate to the joy you find with your grandson. I had one of mine come over for a weekend about a year ago. He was a little older than your assistant, and wanted to custom paint his bicycle. I spent the weekend showing him how, and made him spray it himself, in a two color blue fade job. He did better than I did the first time! :-) The next weekend we put it together.
