Death of Ed Mabry
A very talented and well known (particularly in the Southwest) man has left us.
Ed Mabry died last Friday as the result of a fall at his shop. He was 78.
I met Ed in 1951 and enjoyed a sixty year friendship with him. There is no way that I can adequately describe his many accomplishments and his capabilities.
Those who knew him, or knew of him, will find this interesting:

A memorial service for Ed is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Monday, May 23, at Memorial Park Funeral Services in Fort Worth.

Sounds like he lived a very full life, and died still working in his shop. Sorry for the loss of your lifelong friend.
RIP.
