Here is a cool link to see how well you know your American cars. I got a 71% which I felt pretty good about considering I was born at least ten years after most of the cars they quized you on! :)

I did good other than that page of only Henry J's, Kaiser's, etc. That one kicked me bad....
I got 100%, but then I lived through that time and drove a lot of those cars. If you quizzed me on the 90's and 2000's I wouldn't do nearly as well.
I aced it as well, but like RestoRod if you asked me about cars from the 80's or 90's I'd flunk.
96% Those '54/'55 Merc's did it to me. I got them backwards - and knew it as I clicked on the 'Next'.
The bad part - I worked at a L-M dealership in the early '60s when lots of those cars were still around:HMMM:
Not to hijack the thread, but that quiz reminded me of the days when the unveiling of the new year's models was a BIG DEAL!! My first recollection (because we moved to a town that had two dealers on Main Street) was the 1957 model year when I was almost nine - the new models were delivered at night, both dealers had their showroom windows covered in advertisements and brown paper, and access to that area inside was restricted to employees only for about a week ahead of time. When the big day finally came (coordinated nation wide:cool:) they had free hot dogs, little giveaway games for kids, and if your Dad bought a new car it came with a 1/24 scale model with friction motor! For FREE! C'mon Dad, buy one, buy one!!!:3dSMILE:
Well i got a 83 percent. Not bad i wasnt born until 1955.
I did the same as ic2 46 of 48 96%.same missed questions ....ted

Those Plymouths / Desotos / Savoys got me bad! Add in a couple Willys & Hudsons... LOL... Not bad since I was born in 58;..
