Something like Woodstock - which is only about 50 miles South of me. It's farm/cow country and 2nd homes for the New York City well off. I didn't go to either concert but a guy working for me went to the first - let's say he was kinda useless for a couple days afterwards:LOL::LOL:Quote:

Since this thread is already hi-jacked, I'll continue with my story of Mr Deutschendorf.Jr. (aka John Denver).
John moved to Colorado at the same time that I did in 1970 and I became a huge fan the minute that I heard "Rocky Mtn. High" - - - even tho he was writting the song about himself - - - little did he know that he was writting about me and every word in the lyrics fit me to a "T". I will always be gratfull for hearing that song and realizing exactly what I was really going thru at the time. Thank you, John, and may you Rest In Peace.
