The Nova is looking like one mean machine fish!!! Love seein the updates on how far you've gotten on this car. something about a Nova when theyre set up right they just look like they'll scare the bondo and plastic off a ricer at a stop light hehe. The bolt on lights look great i think i saw those on a local Nova the other day (@ dave
They do look like they were made for the car in all seriousness. great job welding up those panels and getting such a great fit! keep the pics coming

All one color, spoiler on, lights work, need to add choke, and line lock. Have to do alignment, before it goes on road.Charlie

Well done, Charlie!!!!! The car has a really great look to it, especially from the back. Going to have a lot of folks wondering just what it is they're following! Thinking the front suspension is going to drop a bit after a few miles of bouncing around on the streets??? Great stance, too!! Reminds me of the days when a lot of us had a "Saturday Night Special" hidden away in the garage that only came out at night when the money was right!!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Well I figured I donne my last two cars satin black, so I bought two packs of paper today 1 600 the other 800 W&D. this one will be silver met. on top with gloss black on bottom with red pinstrip to set them off. I'l follow the body line for the brake. This after I just finished hanging all the trim..well it went on easy. Nothing like doing it twice.Charlie

Well here I go I was going to put the belt line trim back on the car. I looked at it and it just would not look right with the two tone paint. Soo I'm cutting off the pins and welding up the holes. Will it ever end summer is coming. I want to drive this thingLast edited by cffisher; 02-02-2012 at 02:34 PM.

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
