RS, didn't think you were, just didn't know if I had been a little vague...lol. As for the other comments...you are all right, our judicial system lets most car thieves off with a slap on the hand....and it is big business. Gang members stealing them for gang initiations or there are asian gangs that steal hondas for the airbags and other parts.....it should be dealt with as serious as other violent crimes...but our courts look at it as a property crime and as such doesn't warrant that serious of a punishment because "nobody got hurt"...our system irritates me to no end, but it is still the best in the world. Although we could add some punishments like caning...lol, or go back to wild west days and treat car thieves like horse thieves....
