It just proves a point I have been making for years. If breathing required a modest ammount of intelligence, people would be droping like flies.......... And the really sad thing is the moron's on a jury or judge will probably agree and award the idiot some money. I'm just gassed at the stupidity of not only the "teacher" in charge of the class but the student himself. Also the knuckleheads that jump on the band wagon to say that the teacher & school system are at fault.
When did we give our schools the responsibility to raise our children .... not guide them? The parents have to look in a mirror & say that they failed the child.
The attorney that's involved in this should be feed to lions.
WOW ... I'm amazed.

Aw, come on friends,
Cut old Kyle a little slack!
No wonder the boy was injured. Nobody told him that one of those nipples is AC and the other one is DC.
Also, the child is only EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD so he can't be expected to use good judgment.
The ACLU needs to get in on this!
