Ditto have a great day!
Hey Happy Birthday young fella and all the best for the coming years. Hope those two boys of yours spoil you..:HMMM:
Thanks guys, after so many of them I was trying to forget this one. Yep, I scored two free meals today and if I work it right I might get another one or two tomorrow. :D
I appreciate the thoughts.
Don
Belated happy birthday mate, hope you had a great one :)
No, you aren't late Steve, today (the 3rd) is my B-Day. Thanks mate.
Don
Happy Birthday Don, it's also my Grandson's Birthday. It seems like just a year ago we did this, it must be deja vu allover again.
Richard
Happy Birthday, Don, and thanks for the pearls of wisdom you;ve thrown my way, especially the SBF knowledge.
If anybody is lighting the candles on the cake, makes sure you have the fire department on standby,. thing like that can be dangerous... I'll watch for the glow in the southeatern sky when they're lit!!!
Anyway, Happy Birthday Don.... It's always better when it's someone who's older then me!!!! (By a LOT!!!)
I heard one of the meals came from Pops favorite girl.
Have a happy!!
I knew she was coming; Don will enjoy your gift.
Richard
happy birthday don. you are like a fine wine. with age you always cost more.
Happy Birthday Don! Now get back to work!
Hey happy birthday Don.
Look at the sacrafice Bob is willing to give up for you.
Just to make this day as special as he can for you Don.
Though you may not live though it, what a nice guy that Bob is HUH!!!
Your freind, Kurt
Thanks all, I appreciate it.................well, ALMOST ALL.:LOL: One good thing about getting older is your eyesight starts going, so I really can't make out Bob's cutie too well, but I bet she is really something.:D After all, he has such great taste in women.
I passed Bob and one of his many Girlfriends out cruising around yesterday. I think they were headed for their weekly Bingo night out. (she always pays)
Don
photo won't load....
Happy birthday anyway...
yes have a good B day
Happy Birthday Don!
Tomorrow is my lovely brides birthday.
Just like you she'll be celebrating her 29th!
I'm smart enough now, not to point out what 29th...........:D:whacked::LOL:
Thanks Richard, Pat, and Tom. It's just another day, but I have to admit a few times today I wondered where 65 years went! We've all noticed that the older you are the faster the years fly by. Oh well, being old sure beats the alternative. :D
Don
PS: Tom, I asked on another thread but you must have missed it........how is the back from your tumble? Better I hope.
Don
I had another surgery in November.
No real improvement.
My doctor keeps suggesting to me to go on disability.
I just can't do it.
As long as I can keep getting up in the morning on the right side of the dirt, I'm going to keep on, keeping on.
Besides, having two jobs in this day and age is nothing short of a miracle, and with the economy being what it is,,,, well I won't go there...
At any rate, Happy Birthday Pops with many more to come, give the fambly my best!
Tom
Happy bird-egg, Don! 65 aint nothin, you're just getting started!
Thanks Falcon. Pat, funny you should mention not remembering your age. My Grandpap was in his 80's and when I was a kid I thought it was funny that he would have to think before answering when I asked him how old he was. HOWEVER, I have found myself having to think a minute when someone now asks me how old I am. I guess when you are a younger your age means something to you (16 to drive, 21 to drink, etc) but when you get a bunch of birthdays under your belt your age becomes less significant.
Either that, or my mind has started going away.:o:D
Tom, sorry to hear about the back not being 100%. What a bad thing to happen to you. I really hope it turns around and you get better.
Don
I'm going to be 70 next time around---my wife asked what I wanted for a birthday present and I told her 35 more-----
I'm late, :o I hope you had a great Birthday, you sure deserve it!!
Ken
Yeah Jerry, that would be my wish too. I've always liked what George Burns said when someone said to him "Who would WANT to live to be a 100?" His comeback was "A man who is 99." So very true.
Ken, thanks bud. Where the heck have you been lately? I was just thinking we haven't seen a lot of updates on any of your projects. I guess work is getting in the way of fun.:) Hope you and the family had a nice 4th.
Don
