Whiplash and Greg,

Thanks for the comments. I still hunt but at 67 am slowing down a bit. I hunt walk in (or bike in) only, helps in my war against the bulge, but if I had to hunt to eat we would starve to death. Better hunter than getter. Took a couple of pics of the wall behind where I am now typing. Greg, the Elk was shot in the Winston Creek area not far from Mayfield Lake, the bear was shot 5-6 miles from my house, not a huge bear as bears go but the skin measured 6'1" from nose to tail, 190 to 200 lbs. I used to hunt in rain snow or sun, I am now mostly fair weather hunter. As soon as the rain stops around here I will start my summer scouting.
