Steve, good pix, love the different types you shot..The contrast between the raised 4x4 pickup and the chopped International[?] on the road was kool,too..
You really got a thing for that blue/purple Chevy pickup, havent you??:DYes,it is a neat color, should look real fine on your F1..
I do at that. I think my truck will be that color when done!:D
When I was a kid (or when Moby Dick was a minnow) there was a dude in Houston that had a hi-boy the same color as that Purple/Blue Truck - - - the name on the louvered rear deck was "Grapette" :toocool:
Did you happen to get a full shot of the yeller ?B model? with the Flattie?
It runs around town all the time, so if I see it, I'll take a shot for you, I did find this last photo of the description he had posted inside.

Thanks - - - some may call that a Rat Rod but I call it Old School !
It is very cool in a simple way. I agree it seems old school to me too!:D
The best thing about the his car is it's a daily runner. He uses it for a daily driver. It doesn't sit in a garage and get polished for shows, matter of fact it doesn't even get cleaned for shows!:)
thanks for sharing the fine rides with us.
