Along with the other well wishers.. sigh.. I'm not sure what to say other than "THOSE B _ S T _ R D S!".... I think eventually "we" here in the states will have the same situation and bureaucracy as you folks do now.
And yes, I rue the day and guess I'll buy stock in Ben & Jerry's.....

I don't know everything about anything, and I don't know anything about lots of things.

Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
