I sent this out to some of my "expert croanies" and they mostly agree that it probably came from a 33-34 Dodge because of the raised edge and embossed peak !.

Close ....but no cigar!
Here is a picture from the net, of a '33 Dodge. Looks like a much larger fender than yours.
I searched earlier models of Dodge, and some had a peak, but not the same as yours. The peak was somewhat common, so I bet there are many possibilities.
I would guess, by comparing the general shape to a
ford, it is about a '27-'32 model. Expensive cars were a little ahead in styling, so it could be a little earlier.
There were well over 100 car makes made before the great depression, so it might take time to identify.Last edited by HOTRODPAINT; 05-05-2010 at 05:11 PM.

I would say its closer to the Nash than the Alburn,, Because the inside radius where it goes down to the frame is a tighter radius on the Nash than the Alburn
I am not sure but I am assuming, that there was a few companys that produced body panels for several different car co, back in those days , [and still do it today] and producing a plug for a press was a major job,, so alot of them used the same design fenders and such.
disclamer ;;;; I certainly don't know this as fact,, just a wild guess on my part

Hey BadRat, I was thinking the same, as a few of the similar year cars, looked close, but not exactly alike.

It would be nice if this up and down crap would cease.
