You stirrer...I have done that myself...I unfortunately crept up on a young Asian women who was weaving a bit ,between lanes on the highway...I came up beside her as she drifted in my direction,so I gave her a blast on the horn, she was texting, and didnt see me coming...Imagine it..she just about filled her knickers, and unfortunately over corrected and just about cleaned up the car on the other side of her...What happened to me??she showed me which finger she scratches her nose with.......Rude young thing....

The cell phone idiots are still creating road rage here in New York State even after 3 years of banning talking on it while driving. The police nail 'em regularly - if in the mood or their sergeant tells 'em they need to fill their summons book. I was almost side swiped at 70+ mph on the interstate a couple days ago - and my wife learned a few more descriptive adjectives she had never heard me say before. Here it's a $100 fine. Originally there were 'points', but it looks like that got changed. Of course your insurance will go up and there are court costs so it can get expensive. But - people still do it and cause accidents and in my case, increased road rage Then there are the texters - and that too is banned, but......
