Our church choir won the St Louis leg of "How Sweet the Sound" back in Sept. It's a national search for the best church choir in America, kind of an "American Idol" for choirs. We competed against 8 other choirs and played at the Scott Trade Center in front of about 10,000; it was really cool. I pklay bass in the band and my wife sings. So this weekend Verizon Wireless is flying our whole group to Detroit for the finale show at Joe Louis Arena. We'll be up against 10 other choirs who were the other major city winners.
