just copy every thing on the top of the youtube page likewhere it say www.youtube,,,,,
click on the film strip icon in the quick reply menu, and paste the link there and click o.k.

(off topic: where is the film strip icon?)

look on the menu bar above where you are typing when replying to a post. you'll see 2 a's, a big b, i, and another a that is underlined, then a world icon, a picture icon, a page icon, and a filmstrip icon. When you want to add a picture you click the picture icon and a box pops up to which you copy the link the picture is from, for a youtube video click the filmstrip icon and when the box pops up copy the link to that video in the box and click "ok"
