I just did a bit of a rough figure.. figuring on the 1 million cap on the program ( 250,000 cars approx ).. if 1/4 of these become bad debts ( just a guess, but logical at that ), then there will be very close to 1 million in bad debts and the economy going backwardsYou don't know what you've got til it's gone
