    It's a Ponton model(W120, W121, W180, W105, W128). The Ponton body style was introduced in 1953 as the successor to the 170 series. It was produced until 1961 when the Fintail took over.

    I think this is a 1956 -59 model 180. '56 was unique in the first year of the horizontal crossbars off the grill which went through 1959. The nearly straight up and down grill make me think this is a '59 - but that's a guess...
