Tucson Rodders Days pictures
There was a great turnout...great weather...great music, and loads of people, for the 35th annual event. The available areas were full of vendors, food wagons, and people relaxing in their lawn chairs, talking about (you guessed it) cars....and reuniting with old friends.
This was the show & shine portion of the weekend, and took place at the popular historic 4th Avenue location, lined with antique shops, restaurants, and such.
Rods and customs lined both sides of the street, and spilled into the parking lots. The street was closed to all traffic except the trolley, which shuttled people from one end to the other, of the several-blocks-long show.

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
