My wife was showing her photography at a local show today and we had to carry(6 trips) of boxes and tables about 1/4 mile both ways because they wouldn't let any cars near the doors because the wind chill was -21 this afternoon. I have no idea why I've lived in this part of the country for the last 64 years:confused:
And i thought it was a little chilly out tonight! I guess the 40`s we will have tomorrow wont be as bad as ithought.
There are buses, trains and planes leaving for Arizona every day.:LOL:Quote:

C'mon out....lots of car activities.....but I have to warn you the weather was cool today.....about 65 with a slight chance of rain. (that's like snow, only warmer.) I almost had to put on a long sleeved shirt!

C'mon now, all Arizona is not that warm. Last time I was there it was snowing in Flagstaff. I also read that the chance of seeing a white Christmas is about 56% in Flagstaff. That's much higher than it is here.:LOL::LOL:Quote:

Winds not blowing today but last few days have had a bit . Sister south of Tucson has cold nights and wakes with a powder on the ground . Then it warms and melts away i could do that .
And isn't it great in Tucson/Tempe/Phoenix in August????
All depends on what you're willing to put up with. I'd rather put up with Tempe in August than I would January in Kansas.Quote:
