I hope it's their problem, Bob.... I've gone through about everything I can find to check here through the Help system, etc.... Have to get on the phone with them... Except everytime I call it's something really easy and I end up feeling incredibly stupid for not fixing it myself!!!!!!:LOL: :LOL: :LOL:

windows Vista could have closed the mail ports on you.. should be port 587 for outgoing and port 995 for incoming.. just make sure there open.. I can't remember where you check them, but it's 1 of the things in control panel.
