Personally, I have no use for kids. When they get old enough to hold a job, a gun, and a voter card, THEN they become useful.
That being said... Youth is wasted on the young. Outsmart them, don't try to out do them..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
