Good luck tomorrow with your surgery. I know what you are going through.

May you come out better than you go in. I truly hope this does you some good; I have a similar affliction, but am trying to avoid surgery.
You are on "The List", and candles will be lit.
Thanks everyone......
I am beat, my brother came over & helped me clean up my garage so I won't have to worry about come this winter so the wife can park her Trailblazer in it.
Well in 8hrs I will be at the hospital getting prepped for surgery:eek: ....
LATER...joe
Joe. I will be praying for you. I have been in the same situation. Take it a day at a time, as the recovery will take time. It is great when your strength returns and the pain subsides. You will be fine. Take care.
We'll be thinking about you this morning, Joe.
My own back problems have been minor annoyances compared to what you have gone through, but they have been sufficient to let me know that they ain't fun.
Good luck,
Jim
Dude, I really feel lucky when I read stuff like that. I hope you get through it ok, pain and immobility suck.
I don't know the answer but I do know that the medical profession makes their money from people who are being treated, not from people who are cured.
Well I came home last night, doc said I was on the table for over 10hrs and told me any other docter wouldn't have done the surgery the way he had do it. I feel like I have had the living cr@p beat out of me but I am up and walking a bit which made my doctor very happy...
Willowbilly I know I'll never be at 100% but if my quality of life improves I'll be happy......later it's time for drugs ...joe
Glad to hear you came through OK, Joe. You'll be out in the garage before you know it.
That's pretty much what we wanted to hear, Joe!
Now sit back and coast for a while, and keep us advised.
Jim
Great to hear you are doing ok.
Joe, glad things turned out for the better. You might not be 100 percent but even if it's 50 percent better than it was, hopefully makes it feel like it was 100 percent in the near future.
Being up and around is a good thing. Keep looking forward.
glad to hear that you are back home and moving around Joe.
Glad to hear your back on your feet.
