Just call the regional office ,mcpukers is franchise and has to live up to a standard or get the lease revoked,they will chew his arse over it and be way more traumatic than a simple beating..... plus he dont wanna lose the million dollar deposit,the manager is far from the head of that office ,there is usually a little sticker somewhere denoting the actuall owners who bellied up the mil for the lease..
