If I could get out of here today,I'd be in Sacramento tomorrow,two of my sons live there. With the high foreclosure rates there,prices have really dropped. I plan on having a long talk with them when I go out to visit next month. Maybe while I'm gone the mortgage papers will rub up against the insurance policy causing some spontaneous combustion,saving me all the work this place needs to be sold for a good profit.
