Maybe the guy will let you hook up a trailer with what ever you would like to use the truck for. Test drive it for a few miles, and see what it feels like. Sounds like your well equipted to deal with heavier situations already, and are looking for something smaller for those mundane things. My old toyota 4x4 is gutless with it's 2.0 litre engine, but it gets there, under load, and works great for the small stuff! Sounds like a good price too!
