Yup they fill up fast. My dad finally solved most of his space problems by building 2 of them on his pad down in NV. The first one is an oversized garage and I believe the dimensions are something like 30X40. That worked ok for about 5 years.....then he finally stopped screwing around with it all and built one that's 40X100. He finally has enough room for all the goodies (rotissory, lift, english wheel, etc.) and enough projects to keep him busy for the rest of his life........I give it about 10 years and it will be stuffed as well....
