Didn't have a clue 'bout the lions, tigers, and bears, either.
How 'bout these:
Put a __________ in your tank.
_______________ tastes good like a cigarette should.
"Brusha, brusha, brusha, new ________________ toothpaste".
"Well the _______________wind is a restless wind."
"What evil lurks in the hearts of men? The ____________knows.
"An ol' ________ went ridin' out one dark and windy day."
Pall Mall, because they are _____________.
You gotta be well-seasoned to get most of these.

I missed number 10 also. Never like the movie, didn't watch it until my kid was about 8 (12 years ago). My wife only saw it once as a kid, and she was frightened by the flying monkeys. She still refuses to watch it.
