    I haven't posted this in a long while. We all have known someone that needs this help & it only takes a small amount of your time to do so. Personally I can't do it for over a year now because of surgeries..

    Good suggestion Joe! I've been donating red blood for over 35 years and platelets for over 30. Only time I stopped was for a short period when being treated for skin cancer. It's a good feeling, knowing that you are helping someone.
