my neighbor has a 98 blaser with a strange problem .. it will not start without jumping it off ..he bugs the crap out of me all day cranking and cranking on that thing ... it spins over fine .. just will not fire up without a boost .. any clues .. he`s too poor to pay a mechanic to look at it ..
