Have you ever seen a "poor" politician? Especially one that is elected to state or federal office?. They may go into office coming from somewhat moderate means but when/if they leave office they seem to have an abundance of funds that enable them to buy McMansions, second homes etc. Y'all think there is something wrong there? Naaw our elected officials would never do something like that because they have our(their)best interests at heart.
Our government has become a government " by the people for the politicians, special interest groups et al then begrudgingly for the people.
