Can you do polebarn construction in your area?
Thats how I would build cheap. If you build do it for future plans not present. If anything build it deep to allow an area to work and locate tools.
You can build the structure now and pour a floor and insulate later.

I check in everyday and some are better than others. I don't think Brent has anything to do with the forum anymore, but I'm not sure. Hopefully as time moves on the forum will get better.
