Help on cleaning up laptop?

Computer is running slow again but I have this add from NET ZERO called net flix. Its annoying as crap. As soon as I get connected to the wireless network it pops up even before I have logged on to the internet. I close it and 5 minutes later it pops up again. I leave it alone and it closes and 5 minutes later it pops up again , then closes and then pops up again. How can I get rid of it.:whacked:

If you have XP goto -
Start/settings/network connections\Wireless Network Connection . . .
Right click and disable -

I use AdAware for spyware removal - its a free utility.

yep.. adaware, it's spyware or possibly a trojan. if it comes back, it's in the registry and you need to know what your doing when you edit the registry

follow this link and download Spybot. Its a great software package that works really well. I use it at home and at work on about 4800 PC's.

I'm running two programs....Spybot and Adaware. Spybot gets the majority of the little buggers, but Adaware catches a couple more when I sweep.
