have a 96 cherokee with a uhaul hitch and light plug.
It has a female uhaul plug with two rows of 4pins over 4 pins. With 4 wires leading in.
Labled Tail,Tail,Right,Left.
On the bottom row, The 1st. tail is the ground
the other 3 are 12v all the time!
This can't be right?
The trailer plug has only 4 pins and fits the bottom row on the car plug.
Why would there be 12v on the other pins all the time?
I Don't know if this was ever used before?
