Hope everyone has a good weekend, we have a car to get painted so we'll be laboring!!!! Just remember, the Labor Day weekend is the worst weekend of the year for traffic fatalities----Don't be a victim!!!!!

Amen Dave. We'll be spending our day working in the shop too. Rarely do all three of us have the same day off.

It's a good thing we've got you to mind the calendar. With every week being six Saturdays, and a Sunday it's sometimes tough to keep track!

Now I'm really jealous. Everyday is Monday around here!!!!! Which reminds me, better go get to work!!!!

I know what you mean Bob. I just retired last month, and I actually have to Google "todays date" every so often because I don't keep track anymore.

Im finally doing some needed cleaning of the garage, i moved right in and started working on things so it just got messy. Now i have been in there awhile so i think i know how i want to organize it. Have a good one guys, and be safe on the road.

Somebody here was just trying to tell me you're not supposed to work on Labor Day????? What kind of deal is that???? Must be one of the oxy things, huh????

Should be an easy day here, just have to tape off the Dodge, apply the 2nd color (red of course), then shoot some clear over the whole thing!!! One of my favorite parts of a build is drinking coffee and watching the paint dry!!! After that maybe just bleed the brakes on the Merc and a little test cruize. However there is a hint of some action later tonight out on the bypass, so might have to do a bit of tuning, too!!!!

I'm workin' on signs. But beings' it's a holiday I have the CNC cuttin' "Z" parts out @ the same time.

workin the dents out of the nova,looks like it was hit by a hail storm,put new sound duffer n carpet in trunk,replaced windshield,just little stuff.

I just ran the oldest back to school, 5 hour round trip. I passed 17 State Highway Patrol just going, and only 10 or so returning, they were being kind this weekend they were only looking for the really fast cars. I know I got zapped a couple of times over 70mph, and didn't get a second look that would normally be a capital crime in Ohio. BUT I saw no wrecks either, and the maniacs seemed to be in check so I will take the show of force.

Well I spent my Labor Day cutting grass, wacking weeds, pulling weeds, and going to Sam's club to buy food and a new NIC to get my desktop connected again. Got tired of using the tiny little keys on the laptop. Absolutely beautiful day (a little more humid then yesterday) and didn't get to take either one of my toys out. Oh well, there is always next weekend.
