I was looking at the Marine Site & was upset that there was no updates as of May 2007 so I wrote Joe's Commanding Officer to ask why. Well not only did I get an email back in less then an hour explaining why the site hasn't been updated but he also included a web page w/pics that I couldn't find. Can you guess which one Joe is?????
I'll say a prayer for Joe's safe return. The next time you get to talk to him, tell him for us that his service to our country is GREATLY APPRECIATED.
Our Nephew was in Afghanistan for a few months. He's home now but is being redeployed even though he's supposed to be done.
Our thanks also, to Joe.
We have had 3 family members who have served in Afghanistan or Iraq...a son, a son-in-law, and a nephew. One son is named Joe, and is being redeployed this month. A forth family member, another son, will be going for the first time in about 6 months.
We are very proud of them all.....and of your son, too.
