carter carb made into lamp
Thought you might like to see the lamp I made from a carter carb. Everything works and you use the throttle linkeage to turn it on.Keep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

Very cool and inventive. If you would use a tunnel ram you would have more light though.

That is one really ugly lamp.
Now had you used a Rochester 2G it might have been more attactive.
Regardless, it would probably sell for thousands on Ebay, even more if you could see a likeness of Jesus on the bowl.

I was going to use a rochester carb, but I have about 15 carters so I used that. Got to agree not as good looking as the rochesters
