Jimmy Shine's new show premieres tonight 10:00 EPT on The Learning Channel.

We have the chips and salsa ready, and some beer chilling. I hope it doesn't have too much "hollywood drama", and just concentrates on cars. One thing we are interested to see is how the "Apprentices" are treated. The guys they have chosen are no slouches, and know their way around an english wheel, but the previews seem to reduce them to the level of beginners. Phrases like "my way or the highway" turned me off a little, but maybe that is just hype.

One good thing, Jimmy does build a nice car, and traditional to boot.
